Pikachu of Post Town's Team Guardians (Volts)

I've been playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Gates to Infinity recently and I plan to go there at some point in mine and 's video chain. This Pikachu is the leader of an adventurous team of explorers known as the Guardians. His partner is an Axew. If anyone finds a good Axew dress-up sort of program, let me know so I can make a custom Axew design for this purpose.
